    Getting your forms to us

    Please answer one of the questions below.

    Option One
    Please upload the completed forms to a folder on OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. Then share the link to the content below. Please make sure that you have set the folder permissions so that 'anyone with the link can view'.

    Option 2
    Ask us to get in touch with you so that you can email us the documents / come in and see us to get the paperwork sorted. To do this, please write 'Contact me' in the field below. Leave it blank if you have gone with option 1.

    Once you've completed the forms, we will need you to drop in so that we can have a chat with you (and we will need to take a photo for your ID badge). We ask for a min of 4 hours a month and we put you through an induction training and H&S training, each taking about 2 hours. We'd love to have you on board.
